GO Movement SMS Terms of Service

Program Name: GO Movement SMS Communications

GO Movement offers SMS messaging to keep you informed about faith-sharing coordination, event updates, GO Day and Easter-to-Pentecost initiatives, and organizational communications. By opting in, you agree to the following terms.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement and activity.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to our number. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Data Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
Consent: By providing your mobile number on any GO Movement form, you agree to these terms. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, donation, or service.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to GO Movement SMS messaging. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
