The pathway
Seven steps, from the pulpit to the pavement.
Run them in order across the weeks leading up to GO Day. Each one is small on its own, and together they change what a congregation believes it is capable of.

Cast a vision
Start with God's heart for the lost. Before anyone is asked to do anything, they need to see why it matters to Him.
- 02
Identify your five
Every person in the room already knows five people who need prayer, care and the hope of Jesus. Nobody has to go looking for a mission field.
- 03
Prayer
Pray regularly for those five people, by name. This is the step that quietly does most of the work.

Prepare
Get your people ready to share with confidence. The 3 Steps training and the My Story tool exist for exactly this.
- 05
Practice the conversation
Their story, my story, God's story. Rehearse it together, out loud, so the first time is not on the day itself.
- 06
Set a faith-sharing goal
One person, one conversation, one step. A goal small enough that nobody can talk themselves out of it.
- 07
Celebrate and continue
What the church celebrates becomes its culture. Tell the stories from the front, and GO Day stops being an event and becomes a habit.
